These Terms & Conditions govern your use of my3win2u and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
Welcome to my3win2u. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the rules and obligations that apply to all persons who access or use the my3win2u platform, including the website, mobile interface, and any related services made available by us (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

In order to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
We reserve the right to carry out identity, age, and eligibility checks at any point during the lifecycle of your Account. Where such checks cannot be satisfactorily completed, access to the Account may be restricted or terminated without prior notice.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that this information is kept up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. my3win2u shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
All Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. No currency conversion fees are charged by my3win2u, though third-party payment processors may apply their own fees.
my3win2u is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification for all registered Members. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time we deem appropriate for compliance purposes.

We endeavour to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of all required documentation. During this period, certain Account functions may be restricted. You will be notified by email upon completion of the review.
Please upload documents only through the official secure Account dashboard portal. Do not transmit identity documents via unencrypted email, social media, or third-party messaging applications. Cover sensitive IC number digits where not required for verification.
The Platform accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and approved cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier, up to RM30,000 per transaction for bank transfer channels. These limits are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals of Bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) network confirmation periods, subject to blockchain conditions.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be deemed dormant. A dormancy administration fee of RM10 per month may be applied to dormant Account balances. Members will be notified by email prior to any fee being charged.
All Wagers are subject to acceptance by my3win2u. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at our absolute discretion, including without limitation where we suspect the integrity of an event may be compromised, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the moment a Wager is confirmed. Confirmed Wagers will be settled at the odds accepted at the time of placement. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the official result as published by the relevant governing body shall be determinative.
A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's Account balance in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, walkover, or where a manifest error in odds has occurred. Void determinations are made at our sole discretion.
Mix Parlay and accumulator Wagers combine multiple selections into a single bet. If any selection within an accumulator is voided, that selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated accordingly. All other selections must be settled as wins for the accumulator to pay out.
In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time and odds fluctuate accordingly. Wagers placed during a live event are accepted subject to system latency. We shall not be liable for delays in bet acceptance attributable to network connectivity or device issues on the Member's side.
All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular Bonus.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each Bonus. Bonuses that have expired prior to wagering requirements being met shall be forfeited.
New Members are eligible for a welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit, subject to minimum deposit thresholds and wagering requirements specified in the promotion terms current at the time of registration. The welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, payment method, and device.
An additional two percent (2%) Bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688, is applicable to qualifying cryptocurrency deposits. This Bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements and is available to all fully verified Members. Cryptocurrency market fluctuations do not affect the MYR-denominated Bonus amount.
Members enrolled in the VIP Loyalty Programme receive benefits according to their current tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Elite). Tier status is assessed on a monthly rolling basis. Cashback credits are applied to Account balances each Monday. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
my3win2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with applicable law.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any Funds held in the Account that are derived from prohibited conduct. Funds legitimately deposited by the Member that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of any applicable investigation.
Members may close their own Accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes are handled separately and are subject to the procedures set out in our Responsible Gambling Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my3win2u shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, we encourage Members to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.
my3win2u's decisions regarding bet settlement, Account actions, and promotional eligibility are final, subject to the dispute escalation procedure outlined in our FAQ. We will endeavour to respond to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days.
